These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the mentoring program (“Program”) provided by Mentor Hub LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
- Agreement By enrolling in the Program, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which, together with your enrollment, form a legally binding contract between you and Mentor Hub LLC (“Mentor Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- Services
2.1 Description: The Program, led by Agi Vermes Smith, provides real estate mentoring services, including but not limited to business strategy, lead generation, marketing plans, and personal development. Services are delivered via private Zoom sessions, group calls, digital content on www.realestatementorhub.com, and a private community, as outlined in your Offer Letter.
2.2 Nature of Services: Mentoring is not financial advice, therapy, or counseling. It focuses on actionable strategies and mindset coaching for real estate professionals. For financial or mental health advice, consult a licensed professional.
2.3 Client Responsibilities: You agree to actively participate, attend sessions on time, complete assigned tasks (e.g., worksheets, action items), and review provided materials. Late arrivals deduct from session time, and cancellations within 24 hours count as completed sessions.
- Scheduling
3.1 Private Sessions: Schedule private sessions via the provided link, spaced 7–10 days apart for integration work. Sessions are via Zoom unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Group Sessions: Group calls follow a set schedule, subject to change with advance notice. Infinite Q&A calls occur 1x/month, as outlined in your Offer Letter.
3.3 Cancellations: Reschedule private sessions with 24 hours’ notice. One missed session per term may be rescheduled at our discretion; additional misses are forfeited.
- Confidentiality
4.1 Client Information: All information shared by you is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
4.2 Recordings: Private sessions may be recorded for mentoring purposes only, with your consent. Recordings are shared with you and deleted upon Program completion. You may opt out of recordings in writing.
